Accessibility Statement for the Core Arts website and PHB Brokerage pages

Core Arts is committed to making its website and online services as accessible as possible.

This statement applies to:

  • the main Core Arts website
  • the PHB Brokerage Service pages
  • related public online forms used as part of the PHB process

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website and online forms. This includes being able to:

  • navigate pages clearly
  • access key information about our services
  • contact us for help if something is not working
  • request support or an alternative format where needed

Our current position

We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our website and online forms on an ongoing basis.

The PHB forms have been reviewed and approved for accessibility by the ELFT PHB team in relation to the form journey itself.

We are also committed to completing a full accessibility audit of the website and associated online services and to making further improvements where required.

In the meantime, we continue to:

  • identify and reduce barriers to access
  • review key user journeys, including the PHB Brokerage Service
  • make reasonable adjustments where needed
  • provide support if a page, document or form is difficult to use
