If preferred, you can email us with the approver cc’d to speed up the referral or any email thread corresponding to the request. We will update you in regards to approval as soon as possible.
• If you have referred for Direct Payment PHB please download the DPA form and discuss with the PHB Holder as the Brokerage team will request this to set up finance.
