The whole site will then be available for Core Arts and the community’s long-term use as a creative arts and enterprise centre with a continuing specific emphasis on people with long term and serious mental health problems.Core sees the Arts as a cohesive force for community integration and regeneration. Building on 15 years of partnerships established across the arts, mental health and education sectors, the new centre will be a hub of creative community pursuits with high quality provisions of office spaces and shared purpose built creative facilities. Using shared space with the current Core Arts programme, the Social Enterprises, and Social Firms and other organisations will help to fulfill Core Arts Mission whilst providing sustainable income for Core Arts from the rental of the developed space.
